Refund policy
All items ordered on this site are printed on demand and hand printed by Spreadshirt. This differentiates this site from traditional online retail sites, and therefore we cannot simply relist exchanged and returned items. However, we want to offer you complete satisfaction. It is with this in mind that we have developed our return and exchange rules. You can return your order directly in its original condition if you received it within 14 days. If your order is over €40, Spreadshop (manufacturer of the items) undertakes to fully pay the return costs. Please contact us for any request. Your articles will be:
- Donated: Since 2011, Spread Group has been donating returned items to charities, associations or families in need all over the world.
- Recycled and given a second life: Items that we cannot donate for legal reasons (such as personal designs or company logos) are taken to a recycling company. These items will have a second life and will be used as insulation wool for the building.
